Rental & Reservation Policies

  1. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.  The full balance is due the day before the carding.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your rental.

  3. On the day of your rental please cancel landscaping services during your Yard Card reservation.

  4. Set up and pick up will be determined based on each booking. Most setups are delivered the morning of the event and picked up two days later.  

  5. DO NOT remove the display, we will be back to pick it up.

  6. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult.

  7. DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  

  8. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items due to intentional damage from mowing, attaching balloons, etc.  

  9. TAKE PICTURES! We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

  10. The Yard Card Company and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

 

​Refund Policy

  1. No refunds are given if the cancelation is made 14 or less days before your rental.  

  2. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.

  3. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, blizzard and any other act that would put us or our lawn displays in harm's way.  You will receive a refund if we are not able to set up the display due to weather.

  4. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

  5. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

  6. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

  7. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

  8. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.

By placing an order and booking with The Yard Card Company you agree to all policies stated above.
